Jerome Robins is, without question, a key figure in the Canadian dance scene. Jerome is primarily known for being an owner of Release Records, one of the world's finest record shops, with an impeccable global reputation for servicing the world's top DJs.
In 2001, Jerome progressed into studio production. From this, the pseudonym ‘Oxygen’ was born. His co-written tracks entitled ‘Troubled Souls’ and ‘Inside Me’ have received extensive play within the progressive and house circuits, and both have been licensed to several compilations, most notably Deep Dish's ‘Global Underground #25 – Toronto’.
In addition, Jerome has recently finished remixes for Release Records, Release Grooves, Lost Language (London, UK), Curvve Records (based in New York City) as well as original tracks for his own X-Series imprint, Curvve Records and Baroque Records (UK).
Despite his challenging work schedule, Jerome now finds himself in demand as a DJ with bookings across the globe including gigs in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, Central and South America, and now Europe.
